Is it really free?
Yes. There are no fees for writers and nothing for readers to pay: every chapter is free to read.
Can I keep posting my story on other sites?
Yes. You keep ownership of your work and the license you give Orbit Novels is non-exclusive, so you can publish on Royal Road, Wattpad, ScribbleHub or your own site at the same time. See the Terms of Service.
Do you pay writers?
Not at the moment: Orbit Novels is free for readers and free for writers. If that changes, it will be announced on the News page.
What can't I publish?
Anything that isn't yours to publish (every chapter must be your own work or work you have the rights to), and the content listed in our content policy.
Can I write in Thai?
Yes. The editor and the manuscript splitter handle English and Thai, and headings such as “ตอนที่ 12” are recognized.
Can I take my novel down later?
Yes. You can edit it, keep chapters as private drafts, or delete the whole book from its manage page at any time.
