After we said goodbye to Coby in Shells Town, the tiny rowboat with the three of us, Luffy, Kolas and Zoro, was drifting in the middle of the sea.
The sun was so hot that Kolas pulled his shirt up to fan himself. He lay flat on his back, complaining.
"Ugh... I'm so damn hungry," Kolas mumbled. "Luffy, don't you have any food left?"
"Nope! I ate it all yesterday!" Luffy answered cheerfully, then turned his face up to the sky. "Oh! What a huge bird! Let's catch it and eat it!"
Luffy stretched his arm and swung himself up into the sky to catch the giant bird, but he messed up. The giant bird bit his head and flew away with him!
"Luffy got carried away by a bird!" Kolas shouted in a panic.
Zoro had to row the boat in a hurry to chase the bird. When he looked to the side, he saw Kolas sitting with a mirror, fixing his hair, brushing it back and forth very seriously, with no plan to help row at all.
"What are you doing?! Come help row!" Zoro's veins popped out on his face as he yelled.
"You wouldn't understand, moss-head!" Kolas wiggled his eyebrows and carefully fixed his collar. "Looking good is winning! Half the battle is already won! A guy like you wouldn't understand, because you're not good-looking, moss-head!"
"What did you say... you want to try me?!" Zoro drew his sword and glared at him, and Kolas quickly pulled his head back and rowed for a little while.

Cut to Orange Town.
Luffy, dropped by the bird from the sky, crashed to the ground with a loud Ugh! He met Nami, an orange-haired young woman who was being chased by Buggy's pirate men because she had stolen a Grand Line map.
Nami saw that Luffy was strong, so she used a trick. She ran over, held his arm as if she knew him, and called out, "Boss! You came to help me!" Then she quickly ran away and left Luffy to knock all the pirates down. After that, Nami brought a box of rice balls to feed Luffy as a thank-you. But when Luffy said he was a pirate, Nami, who hated pirates with all her heart, changed her plan right away! She offered to tie Luffy up and hand him over to Buggy in exchange for trust and the map.

Cut to the hideout of Buggy's pirates in the middle of town!
Buggy laughed loudly when he got the map back. He handed Nami a torch to test her loyalty, and ordered her to light the fuse of the Buggy Ball cannon shell so it would explode on Luffy's cage!
Nami held the torch with shaking hands. She was nervous because she couldn't do it, until Buggy's men couldn't stand it anymore and came to grab the torch to light it themselves.
Pu-pu-pu-pu-pu!
Lasers as thin as rice noodles shot out from a dark corner and poked Buggy's men in the eyes and in the butt, and they jumped around and screamed!
"Eeeek! Hot, hot, hot! Who shot something at us?!"
Smoke spread everywhere... Kolas stepped out through the smoke with a level-ten cool pose! His right hand was in his pants pocket, and his left hand held his chin with his index finger and thumb. He slowly walked toward Nami with a sexy, annoying look.
"Hello... my lady," Kolas said in a deep low voice, making sparkly eyes at Nami. "A beautiful lady like you should not have to wash her hands in the blood of this trash... Let me, Kolas, the super handsome vice-captain, protect you."
"..." Nami stood with her mouth open, blinking, and looked at Kolas from head to toe with an empty stare. "...What is wrong with you? Are you crazy?!"
Zoro walked out behind him and sighed so long that his shoulders dropped. "I told you not to act cool... so embarrassing."
"Hahahahahaha!" Luffy, locked in the iron cage, laughed so hard his body went stiff. "That's so funny! Kolas! You look like someone who needs to poop!"
"You need to poop, Luffy! I'm trying to look cool!" Kolas dropped his cool look at once, turned to Luffy and yelled, red and black in the face. "You ruined my plan, damn it!"
"Hahaha! Who are you guys?!" Buggy laughed loudly. "The pirate hunter Zoro and two crazy kids?!"
"Alright, my lady..." Kolas turned back and gave Nami a dry smile again. "Even though my flirting plan just failed, I promise you that this vice-captain... will get you out of here safe!"
