Luffy flung himself through a window of the Navy base to get the swords. Kolas and Coby stayed down below with Zoro.
"Mr. Kolas... are we really going to be safe?" Coby asked in a shaky voice.
"What are you scared of? Morgan is just a guy with an axe for an arm," Kolas said, leaning on a pole. "But I'm just a normal person, you know. If he really hits me, I'm dead for sure. Haha."
"You're a strange one. Aren't you just a normal person?" Zoro squinted at him.
"Yeah, I'm 100% normal. I just play games all day." Kolas held up his index finger. "But at least I can shoot tiny flour lasers, even if they're a little bit trash."
"Heh... the whole group is weird," Zoro smirked.
Soon after, there was an explosion from the top of the building. Luffy punched Morgan's stone statue, and it fell down in two pieces. Then Luffy jumped down with three swords in his hands.
"Zoro! I didn't know which ones were yours, so I took all three!" Luffy ran over with a big grin.
"I use three swords! Those are all of mine!" Zoro sighed. "Untie me quick, the Marines are coming!"
Morgan walked in with the Marines and surrounded them. "Wipe them out! Anyone who fights the Navy gets the death penalty!" He ordered the Marines to shoot right away.
Bang bang bang bang bang!
"Hahaha! More toys!" Luffy ran out and took all the bullets by himself. His rubber stomach bounced them back at the Marines, and they panicked.
"I told you... I'm a rubber man!" Luffy grinned.
Right then, the rope on Zoro broke. Zoro pulled out his three swords, one in his mouth and one in each hand, and blocked the Marines' swords just in time.
"Awesome!" Coby's eyes went wide.
"I agree!" Zoro said around the sword in his mouth. "I'll join you... I'll be a pirate!"
"Hahaha! Great! I got a new friend!" Luffy clapped.
"So damn cool, moss-head!" Kolas walked up next to him and pointed two fingers at the Marines. "Take this! Index Finger Laser, Three Hundred Shots!"
Pu-pu-pu-pu-pu!
Lasers as thin as rice noodles shot out of Kolas's fingertips. They weren't strong, but they poked the Marines in the eyes, in the butt, and in the legs, and all of them jumped around and screamed.
"Hahahaha! That's so funny!" Luffy laughed. "Kolas! Your fingers are like water guns!"
"Water guns, my ass! They're lasers!" Kolas yelled.
Morgan was furious. He raised his huge iron axe high. "I am Captain Morgan of the Navy! People like you..."
Before he could finish, Luffy pulled his stretched fist back and punched Morgan in the face with all his strength. "Rubber... Bazooka!"
Boom!
Morgan passed out and fell to the ground. The Marines weren't angry. They threw away their weapons and cheered all over the courtyard because they were finally free from Morgan.
...
After that, we were eating at the restaurant of the little girl's mom, and a Navy officer walked in and spoke to Luffy.
"We thank you very much for saving this town... But even so, you are pirates. Please leave this town!"
When Coby heard that, he started to panic, because he was about to join the Navy. If they knew he had been with pirates, his dream would be over.
The officer looked at Coby and asked, "And this boy? Is he with you?"
Coby stammered, his face pale, not knowing what to do.
Luffy smiled a little and said loudly for the whole restaurant to hear, "Oh! This guy? He used to be on Auntie Alvida's ship for two whole years, and he even talked to that lady about..."
"Stop talking!!"
Coby gathered all his courage, ran over, and punched Luffy in the face as hard as he could! Pow!
Luffy's face turned from the punch. All the Marines in the restaurant were stunned. Kolas, watching from the side, smiled, because he knew what Luffy was thinking.
"You punched me?!" Luffy looked angry and grabbed Coby and hit him over and over, until the Marines rushed in to stop it.
"Stop right now! No fighting in here! Leave this town right now!"
Luffy and Zoro looked at each other and smiled. Luffy's smile went right back to his big grin, and he turned and walked out of the restaurant, relaxed.
Coby pushed himself up and stood there, looking at the Navy officer with the most determined eyes of his life.
"I'm not with them! And I... want to join the Navy!"

At the harbor, the small boat with Luffy, Kolas and Zoro was leaving the shore.
Coby ran after them to the beach and shouted with all his voice, "Luffy! Thank you for everything! One day I'll be a great Marine, and then let's meet again!"
The other Marines who had followed stood in a line, and the officer gave the order: "Everyone... salute!"
All the Marines raised their hands to their caps and gave Luffy's crew a formal salute to thank them for saving the town.
Luffy grinned and waved back, relaxed. "See you later, Coby!"
"Damn... that scene is so cool," Kolas said with a small smile, blowing out a breath as he watched the boat sail out into the wide sea.
Luffy, Kolas and Zoro set off toward the future, to keep looking for new friends for the Straw Hat crew!
